Inspiration: Chinese Pop Artist, Xue Song

Shanghai artist, Xue Song, creates his collages from torn bits from magazines, and newspaper, some with the edges burned. His studio burned in the early 1990's, and he incorporated the ashes and burned work into his new pieces. To see more of his paintings, go to the Shanghart Gallery in Shanghai.
