Asian Noodles: A Cookbook
I am fascinated by Asian noodles. There are so many kinds: fresh, dried, wheat, rice, buckwheat--and how does one cook them? Since my husband is a chef and an expert on Asian food, I thought I'd find out from him--and perhaps write a cookbook.
Here are some photos I've collected, mostly from Australia Vogue Entertaining, a fabulous magazine. The pictures make me want to get into the kitchen and cook.
