This morning I discovered  Mailhos--Cuisine de Jardin, a  delightful blog written by Carol Reid-Gaillard about  her life in the south-west of France where she and her French husband  grow their own food--and she cooks fabulous meals. After perusing her beautiful photos, inspiring recipes, her charming farm house, and the idyllic--looking countryside, I was ready to pack my bags.
