Lemlem (which means to flourish or bloom in Amharic, the Semetic language spoken in Ethiopia) a company founded in 2007 by Liya Kebede, a former supermodel and maternal and children's health advocate, to produce artisan-made handwoven textiles. Her mission is to improve economic independence in her native country by preserving the art of traditional weaving in Ethiopia. Beautiful!
