A collection of works by the "Mother of American Modernism," Georgia O'Keeffe (1887 - 1986.) Born in a farmhouse in Wisconsin to parents who were dairy farmers, Georgia O'Keeffe moved to Abiquiu, New Mexico in 1949 where she painted so many of her iconic landscapes. "Such a beautiful, untouched lonely feeling place, such a fine part of what I call the faraway."

  1. What a lot of beautiful paintings in this post of Georgia O'Keefe. Some of which I've never seen before. Mesmerizing. Thank you.

  2. Thanks for your comment, Priya. I am so moved by her work--and used to live not to far from her in New Mexico when she was still alive--
