Mixed media paintings on tin and some on wood by Santa Barbara native, Erica Carter, inspired by her travels to San Miguel de Allende in Central Mexico and the devotional folk art, Retablos and Ex-Votos. I discovered her paintings at the lovely shop, Sollano 16 in San Miguel de Allende, but they're also available at Upstairs at Pierre Lafond in Montecito, California.
These are wonderful & it is wonderful to see the inspiration of the Ex-Votos above.....
