    Thank you for the introduction to Ramlal Dhar's work. I am familiar with Sohini Dhar's gorgeous pastels but was unaware of her partner's work.

      I came across this blog quite accidentally. I am Ramlal's brother in law and I am sorry to inform you that he died of cancer on 14 July 2010. He is survived by his wife Sohini and he has left behind a huge body of fantastic work.
