The classic British  summer drink, the Pimm's Cup, has made a comeback.  Made with the citrusy, slightly bitter gin and fruit-based liqueur, Pimm's No. 1 ( named for James Pimm's, the bar owner who created the drink in the mid 1800's), updated versions of this vintage summer refresher is now showing up on hip cocktail lists.
